The breakfast selection was mind, blowing, with a tasty variety for all tastes, especially the egg cheese omelette. the staff, from the outstanding front desk clerk to the super helpful evening shift receptionist, were friendly and accommodating. the option to take breakfast to, go was a jaw, dropping convenience. the spacious, clean rooms and the hardworking GM ensuring a top, notch experience made for a super stay.

Our king room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The bed was comfy and there was free Wi-Fi. The hotel had indeed a comfortable location close to the event we attending. It was also close to At & t Center and New Braunfels and the United States.

The breakfast was decent, and Sabrina at the front desk was professional and accommodating, even switching my room upon request. the option to pack breakfast to-go was a nice touch, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the location was a bit far from most places, with ongoing construction nearby detracting from the overall experience.

Housekeeping was lacking, with rooms not being cleaned thoroughly, elevator floors dirty, and empty hand sanitizer stations. the check-out process was a mess, as Trish at the front desk displayed poor customer service and accused me of not paying for my room without proper communication.

It is also a short walk to the Riverwalk and other tourist spots.

The hotel was fairly clean and our room was immaculately clean. We got a room with a bath. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were a huge plus. The venue's location was particularly good, very close to many restaurants and gas stations, downtown and San Antonio. Furthermore, close to At&T Center.
